Our Commitment to Quality
At Old Towne, we stand behind the quality of our apparel and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations, and we're here to make it right.
Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. After 30 days, all sales are final.
Eligible Items for Return
- T-shirts, hoodies, and all apparel items in new, unworn condition
- Items with original tags and packaging
- Products free from alterations, washing, or wear
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or clearance items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items worn, washed, or altered in any way
- Custom or personalized orders
- Undergarments or intimate apparel
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
How to Initiate a Return

- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with a return authorization number and instructions

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability). Exchange shipping is complimentary for the first exchange on any order. Additional exchanges may incur shipping fees.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.)
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at oldtowneco13@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs or import duties incurred. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
