Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our Dana Point, California facility.

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 3-4 business days
  • Cost:
    • Orders $0lb-1lb: $6.90
    • Orders 1lb-5lb: $9.90
  • Carrier: UPS Ground or USPS Priority

Free UPS Ground Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
  • Eligibility: Orders $39.99 and up
  • Carrier: UPS Ground

Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order is shipped, not from the date of purchase. Weight calculations include packaging materials.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at oldtowneco13@gmail.com to discuss special arrangements.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes for Standard shipping
  • APO/FPO addresses are accepted with Economy shipping only
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories may experience longer delivery times

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email from oldtowneco13@gmail.com with your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or by contacting us at 714-499-5933.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Old Towne is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Old Towne is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for the order. Upon request, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but we do not guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as "delivered."

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at oldtowneco13@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Holiday Shipping

During peak seasons (November-December), please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing and shipping. We recommend placing holiday orders early to ensure timely delivery.

Multiple Item Orders

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped together or separately depending on inventory availability. If shipped separately, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
